Salary: £25,183 – 25,992 pro-rata
Hours of work: Teaching Assistant 21hours + MDSA 5 hours per week
Contract type: Permanent , term time only

All about the roles:
The governing body are looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant / MDSA who is:
- An enthusiastic and highly motivated teaching assistant and midday supervisor who has had recent experience of supporting children in a primary classroom environment, working with both small groups and individuals, delivering interventions under the direction of a teacher.
- Is passionate about learning and working with children of all ages and supporting them to achieve their best.
- Is adaptable, flexible and willing to work in our fabulous outdoor spaces.
- Is conscientious and holds high expectations in presentation and behaviour.
- Has good standards of maths, literacy and IT skills (or willing to learn IT skills)
- Is an excellent team player, someone who offers to help but can ask for help when needed.
- Understands that we are all learning and growing all of the time.
- Can support our Christian values and independence and is sympathetic to our Christian foundation.
