Zakres wynagrodzenia: 141 000 – 180 000 PLN brutto rocznie. Stanowisko objęte jest premią do 10% wynagrodzenia rocznego, w tym 6% zależne od wyników firmy oraz 4% zależne od indywidualnych wyników.
AB Neo, specjalistyczna dywizja AB Agri, poszukuje osoby na stanowisko Naukowca/Naukowczyni R&D do zespołu badań podstawowych. Jest to kluczowa rola w naszym naukowym podejściu do żywienia noworodków zwierzęcych, oferująca możliwość kształtowania przyszłych kierunków badań w naszym Centrum Doskonałości oraz poprzez współpracę z wiodącymi uniwersytetami w Europie. Praca odbywa się w wysoce technicznym i współpracującym środowisku, początkowo ukierunkowana na żywienie prosiąt, z możliwością rozszerzenia zakresu na inne gatunki wraz z rozwojem firmy.
Zakres obowiązków:
• Projektowanie i realizacja wewnętrznych i zewnętrznych projektów badawczo-rozwojowych.
• Tworzenie protokołów badań oraz nadzór nad zbieraniem i analizą danych.
• Prowadzenie analiz statystycznych oraz interpretacja wyników badań.
• Współpraca z uniwersytetami, laboratoriami oraz wewnętrznymi zespołami technicznymi.
• Wkład w publikacje naukowe oraz prezentacje techniczne.
• Wsparcie obszaru big data oraz zaawansowanej analityki w Centrum Doskonałości.
• Zapewnianie wiedzy badawczej i statystycznej w całej organizacji AB Neo i AB Agri.
Profil idealnej osoby kandydującej:
• Wykształcenie kierunkowe; preferowany stopień doktora (PhD).
• Doświadczenie w badaniach naukowych w obszarze nauk o zwierzętach, w tym doświadczenie w badaniach in vivo.
• Silne umiejętności projektowania eksperymentów i analiz statystycznych.
• Wiedza z zakresu żywienia świń i bilansowania diet.
• Doświadczenie w pracy z oprogramowaniem statystycznym.
• Doświadczenie w zarządzaniu projektami badawczymi.
