Join our team as an Ocado Commercial Planner!
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to help drive M&S trade on Ocado. In this role, you’ll lead digital content improvements, analyse data to uncover growth opportunities, and support governance across our partnership programme. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our products shine online and deliver exceptional customer experiences. What You’ll Do
- Lead digital content improvements, including imagery upgrades and optimising product descriptions using AI tools
- Monitor and report on product reviews, providing insights to support product development and technical teams
- Analyse financial and customer data to identify growth opportunities and inform commercial strategies
- Support governance and programme delivery, including preparing materials for Steering Groups and partnership meetings
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between M&S and Ocado teams and maintain trackers for key deliverables

- Strong attention to detail and a passion for digital content
- Excellent communication and partner management skills
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines
- Analytical approach, capable of interpreting data to draw actionable insight
- Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative with a strong sense of ownership
