What you’ll be doing –
- Getting all the ingredients from your colleagues in the Preparation area, ensuring that the correct trace codes are used, and stock rotation takes place
- Working in a chilly environment and being able to push/pull up to 80kgs with the help of trolleys and be able to lift to 20kgs
- You will ensure that there are enough ingredients for the run-in order for your colleagues to make our amazing products to the highest standard
What we are looking for –
- Good level of numeracy and literacy skills both verbal and written
- Experienced working in FMCG
- Experience working in chilled food manufacturing with knowledge of food safety.
- Previous experience and physically fit and to perform manual handling tasks safely and efficiently
- Familiar with operational KPIs
- Good understanding of health and safety practices in the workplace.
- Experienced communicating effectively across all levels and departments
- Strong team player with ability to work independently.
- Well organised with proactive approach to forward planning.
Desirable but not essential
- Previous experience working in chilled food manufacturing with knowledge of food safety.
- Familiar with operational KPIs
