About the Job you are considering:

Own business analysis, current‑to‑future gap analysis, requirements, process updates, test design and execution, data reconciliation, and operational readiness through go‑live and transition to BAU.

 

Hybrid working:

The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.


Key Accountabilities

 

  • 8 years experience as a BAPO and any relevant certification
  • Work Closely with Product Owners Technical Stakeholders Relevant Subject Matter Experts
  • Perform Requirements Analysis Elicitation and documentation of ASIS process on Confluence including process maps in drawio
  • Very Good Documentation skills with Key eye on attention to detail on identifying ASIS Process identifying and documenting the product variances and commonalities across different geographies UK US European markets
  • Document As is and E2E process flows for Term Deposit product variants onboarding and Servicing journeys across 3 markets
  • Good experience of BRDFSD documentation on Confluence Mapping Documents JIRAs Epics User Stories using relevant tools like Visio and other documentation tools
  • Good experience and knowledge of working in Agile environments
  • Experience and strong understanding of Financial Services Banking and Term Deposit products their lifecycle Management across UK US European Markets
  • Good understanding of User Journeys and Accounting flows for Term Deposit
  • Good understanding of SDLC phases and basic understanding of technical concepts
  • Strong Stakeholder Management Analytical Thinking Problem Solving Self Motivated and Team Player skills
  • Strong communication articulation and coordination skills
  • Ability to lead and facilitate workshops and callout agenda items and articulate follow up action items clearly
