YOUR ROLE

A Generative AI Lead Engineer is responsible for designing, building, and deploying advanced AI models that generate text, images, code, audio, and other creative outputs. The role involves working with large language models (LLMs), diffusion models, and other generative architectures to solve real‑world business problems. This engineer collaborates closely with data scientists, software developers, and product teams to implement scalable AI solutions and integrate them into products or workflows.

YOUR PROFILE

• Hands-on software development experience.
• Strong backend development skills.
• Proven experience with containerisation (ECS, Fargate, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with LLMs, vector databases, prompt engineering, and multi – agent frameworks, and distributed training on SageMaker, SLM fine-tuning.
• Strong experience with AWS, including deploying and managing cloud-native applications.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with minimal oversight..
