Your Role
The Delivery Lead will be responsible for leading a critical tower within the IT Programme a strategic initiative supporting the Banks data centre exit and cloud transformation The role requires hands on delivery leadership across multiple infrastructure and application workstreams working closely with internal Bank teams and third-party suppliers

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as Tower Lead for one or more workstreams ensuring timely and quality delivery of assigned scope
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to manage dependencies and align delivery milestones
  • Lead planning execution and reporting for SCC Build and Migration Active Directory AWS Blue Prism Citrix
  • Network Integration Remediation VPN third party connections 180 application interfaces
  • Remote desktop replat forming into cloud
  • Exchange Online migration and email archive replacement
  • Drive onboarding and familiarisation for new joiners to ensure productivity from day one
  • Maintain delivery cadence and risk management across all assigned areas


Essential Experience

  • Proven track record as a Delivery Lead or Programme Tower Lead in largescale IT transformation programmes
  • Direct experience in Cloud migration especially Citrix VDI and Exchange Online Network remediation and application interface migration
  • Email archive decommissioning and replacement
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a regulated environment

 

           Desirable

            Familiarity with Bank systems or prior experience in financial services
            Experience working with Kyndryl or similar infrastructure service providers
