Manager, Operations – Changi

We are currently seeking an exceptional professional to join us as an Operations Manager
You will play a key role in driving cultural uplift, modernizing long-standing warehouse processes, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring exceptionally high safety and compliance standards.
This is a hands-on operational leadership role with a strong focus on continuous improvement, people development, HSE, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to Incora’s strategic plan through the delivery of objectives and development of warehouse processes
- Manage operations for designated location including process adherence, resource planning and alignment of activity to targets to ensure efficiencies and quality standards are maintained
- Ensure that departmental processes and standard operating procedures are up to date and maintained through regular reviews to ensure consistent application and training
- Support any Warehouse Operations duties to ensure the team delivers the required daily output in a flexible and professional manner
- Participation in improvement activities at department/company level to enhance business performance
- Comply with all relevant internal rules, policy and procedures, including those relating to Health and Safety, Data Protection and all those contained within the issued Employee Handbook and Policies and Procedures Manual
- Undertake other duties and tasks that may be allocated that are appropriate to the job
Requirements
- Degree level education
- Demonstrable experience of warehouse management in aviation industry
- Significant people management and leadership experience
- Strong ERP system knowledge
- Awareness of Health & Safety legislation and management
- Hands-on, structured, and systematic working style
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Project Management skills and experience
- Driven for results and improvements
