Onsite Representative / Warehouse Lead
Location: Tessera
Salary: 36,000 – 38,500 EUR
Shift: rotating shifts – 08:00 – 17:00, 11:00 – 20:00

We are currently seeking an exceptional individual to join us as an Onsite Representative Lead at our customer site in Tessera.
As the leading supply chain solutions business in the aerospace industry Customers are at the heart of our business.
As an Onsite Representative Lead your primary responsibility will be to manage the receiving of goods from an Incora facility into the customer site, overseeing day to day quality needs, controlling stock and running any necessary reporting metrics. Additionally, you will conduct scan and replenish activity to maintain necessary target levels.
You will be the primary contact for the customer for any queries or concerns about Incora supplied parts.
Finally, you will supervise a small team of three Warehouse and Quality personnel, ensuring training and performance are maintained at a high standard.
About You
You will be a team player with excellent attention to detail; someone who thrives under pressure with the ability to build long-term relationships with stakeholders, proficient at prioritising workload, with excellent organisation skills.
We are interested in people with a background of working in a Warehouse or Logistics environment, ideally in a Team Leader or Supervisor position.
You will also have experience of working in a customer facing role and be confident building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
You will be educated to high school diploma level. Possession of an Engineering qualification is desirable but not essential.
You will be proficient in the English language both in written form and verbally to B2 level as a minimum.
