You will join the Bar team, overseeing bar opening and closing checklists, monitoring and accurately recording wastage, and conducting alcohol-awareness training for the team
You enjoy taking the lead behind the Bar, training new team members, designing cocktails and menus, and creating memorable experiences for our guests and colleagues.
