Job Title: Planner

* Ensure all customer communications are positive, constructive, and customer-focused, with decisions made commercially.
* Provide a seamless service for customers needing new connections.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to prioritise tasks and allocate resources effectively to deliver right-first-time outcomes.
* Reduce downtime through proactive planning and communication.
* Ensure compliance with planning processes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements, enabling safe, compliant, and efficient planning for all connections.
* Develop and optimise connection schedules aligned with regulatory requirements.

* Experience in one of the following areas: customer service, operational processes, or scheduling (preferable but not essential)
* Proven customer service skills, with excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication abilities in a fast-paced environment
* Strong prioritisation and decision-making skills
* Able to show initiative working independently or as part of a team
* Highly flexible, organised, and confident in managing tasks
* Competent IT skills and good keyboard abilities
