Overview

Get Set for Impact That Matters.

At Get Set UK, we open doors to opportunity by delivering high-quality education, skills, and employability services across the UK. We work at the heart of our communities — helping people build confidence, gain qualifications, and move towards sustainable employment.

We’re now looking for a Field Enrolment Compliance Officer to support delivery under the Adult Skills Fund (ASF). This is a hands-on, community-focused role where your work will directly enable adults to access funded learning and life-changing opportunities.

If you’re passionate about outreach, compliance, and social impact, this role puts you right where change happens.

Your Impact

As a Field Enrolment Compliance Officer, you will be the first point of contact for many learners beginning their learning journey. You’ll engage adults in local communities, explain funded learning opportunities, check eligibility, and complete enrolments in full compliance with Department for Education (DfE) and Adult Skills Fund requirements.

What you’ll be doing:

In this field-based role, you will:

  • Engage learners through community outreach, including 1-to-1 and group information sessions

  • Promote ASF-funded programmes at job centres, community hubs, housing associations, libraries, and voluntary organisations

  • Identify eligible learners and carry out full eligibility checks, collecting and verifying evidence (ID, residency, employment/benefit status)

  • Complete learner enrolments, including ILRs, declarations, agreements, and initial assessments in line with DfE rules

  • Maintain accurate, auditable records in line with compliance, GDPR, and safeguarding requirements

  • Work closely with referral partners, tutors, MIS teams, and curriculum staff to ensure a smooth learner journey

  • Provide daily, weekly, and ad-hoc reporting to identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities

  • Meet agreed learner recruitment and enrolment targets, typically 50–75 compliant enrolments per month, depending on business need

  • Travel across designated regions to deliver outreach and enrolment activity, with flexibility for occasional evenings and weekends

You’ll bring:

  • Experience in outreach, learner recruitment, or community engagement

  • Knowledge of UK adult education and/or DfE-funded learning (ASF desirable)

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Confidence handling eligibility evidence and sensitive personal data

  • Strong IT skills, including Excel and digital enrolment systems

  • Ability to work independently in a field-based role

  • Flexibility to travel across designated regions (within 90 minutes of a GS office)

Desirable:

  • Experience in FE, employability, or adult skills delivery

  • Experience using MIS systems

  • Knowledge of safeguarding practices

  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

  • Multilingual skills to support ESOL learner engagement

You Share Our Values
